Just glancing down the first page I see several names from back in the 'ol day. Wow! Is Isabella still around? I wonder if she still has Phases (gave him to her).
Was just thinkin' about the game, maybe giving it a go again sometime. Haven't played since.. I don't know when. 2004? 2005? I hear there's a major graphics update in the works. (Or already?) What do ya think?

That should help you recover your original VN account.
It doesn't work for everyone though so good luck!

I read and put in a ticket with support. A few days later they closed the ticket as "resolved". I opened another and referenced it saying it was not resolved and I've been waiting to hear back. This ticket has been open 6 days with no response.

Woooooow, I figured it out. I'd done the username->email thing a while back with an old email account I no longer use.
Anyway, now that's settled. Wonder if I can track Isabella down and find Phases.

Since I know everyone is on the edge of their seats wanting updates.
PM'd 'bela but see she hasn't been on in a couple years.
Got into my turbine account online. Got the client downloaded and it failed credentials, but the forgot pass link and the 'manage account' link from the client window takes me to turbines website, where I can in fact log in there.
Perhaps because the account is deactivated.
I've put a ticket in with support. Hope to hear back. Would be nice to be able to log in again sometime and see the 'ol world.

Support said the account hadn't yet been migrated from zone so, i have a ticket in with premium services and hope
