According to Junpei_Manaka
"Highest base for trained is 305 with 290 Focus max raised
Now using that base number and adding buffs and cantrips:
Focus: Ale (50) + Focusing Stone (25) + Epic (20) + Brilliance (50) = 145/3 = 48.33
Arcane Lore: Epic (20) + Virindi Essence (40) + Lvl 8 Buff (45) = 105
Total: 153.33 + 305 = 458.33
Not sure if I'm missing anything else.
Edit: Deck would give an extra 5 and lvl cloak would give 1 per level, so if you have a level 3 cloak with the deck, it's an extra 8 pts, giving you a grand total of 466.33"
