That's awesome about paypal, but how come the maintain account option isn't available for me to use online by myself? Turbine has a captcha security system that is blocking my freedom to pick and choose when i can pay credit to play ac. Do you really think its "normal" for all players, to be at the mercy of a random person on the telephone?

I just recently resubbed my secondary account and had no problem other than trying to remember a 4 year old obscure password. Captcha didn't stop me. I surprisingly didn't run into any errors when I used the resume payments option, so it's not as though everyone has problems with this which I'm sure makes it harder to track down.

Same. I had acct info on 2 old accts (last subbed in 08) and I went to the myaccount page on the Turbine site, changed all of the billing info, my address, everything and resubbed both of them (and cancelled them) without a problem and it was even on a weekend. I didn't have to call.

Same. I reactivated and old account around patch time to get the coins. No problems.

Captcha is just the system that makes a wavy word and asks you to type it out. Is that what you are referring to or are you meaning something else? If you are referring to it, what problems are you having with it?

Clearly by the way he copies and pastes rather than clicking the quote reply button, he cannot navigate websites... at all. Sometimes easy things are hard for people, those people are called dumb.

The security text they make you type out. I keep getting errors every time i do it. Sometimes I scroll for easy ones like "the", or "cat", I'll type it in correctly, then get an error message saying I did it wrong.
