I'd higher an accountant and lawyer first. Then I'd book an entire airliner and fly some friends and family out to somewhere cool like Australia and enjoy some time amongst them before I planned out where I wanted to invest/open businesses. Hire some friends and family and build a few business'. Would be fun and would try to help out a lot of people with my good fortune.
