This is what happens when you start hearing about the 'boogeymen' in the news. The latest boogyman is the 'cyberterrorist'. Anonymous, for example.
The war on 'cyberterrorism' is fought with 'better security programs', not stupid ass laws that do nothing but stifle human rights and free speech.

What they want to do is log everyone looking at unregistered porn with underage models (which is on nearly every free "Tube" site, then all in one day have the FBI and local law agencies arrest everyone that the people in the local agencies don't like.
This "model" will apply to everything you can think of on the internet that is casual, but illegal, such as downloading music or streaming movies...

It's funny that people who want to force everyone to buy healthcare have a problem with forcing people to behave on the internet

I think that even if this was to pass, "hackers" would be able to make millions of fake aliases that just realistically appeared to be pedophiles or terrorists just to overwhelm the system. There really is no reason why government should be able to monitor anything, there are so many technologies out there. We are just very unorganized, not only that but there are just so many complacent people out there. We need to become shepherds in a way.

Hes pretty much dead on though. Its fine to support intelligent healthcare reform, but in no way is that Obamacare.
The Government need to focus on three things right now: Our economy, our budget, and our soldiers abroad.
Instead they are trying to do the same shit Bush and his legislature did and push things through while people are confused, upset, and not as vigilant. Luckily for us we do have the internet to warn us about idiocy like this coming down the pipe.

From a text written over 3,000 years ago:
In relation to rulers
Rulers will become unreasonable: they will levy taxes unfairly.
Rulers will no longer see it as their duty to promote spirituality, or to protect their subjects: they will become a danger to the world.
People will start migrating, seeking countries where wheat and barley form the staple food source.
So, do not expect for things to ever become better. Your leaders are a threat, do not go to them for safety. This will not change.
