From the start:

-I vuln him at 150, he runs because he doesn't have odds.

-I catch up to him, he engages.

-I start hitting him, he shields to avoid death and stays permashield until he's full on everything. At this point I consider the fight basically over, because if you're going to shield in a melee vs melee wtf's the point, but I'm happy to keep poking at him until he gets bored.

-He DoTs me and goes dual heavy, I jumpspin around him until big DoT wears off. If he's going to shield to avoid death in a melee 1v1, why the fuck wouldn't I?

-He runs off crying that my jumpspin is some terrible perfidy, but not before going all lulzy crying that my weapon is bugged.

-Multiple TCMs proceed to message me declaring that I'm cheating and probably using my Envoy powers.

I'm pretty sure you can hit 400 in a swing. Also, DoTs plus a phantom can kill anyone behind a shield. Wtf are you crying about a shield for?

Not crying about it, just not interested in doing a 1v1 against it. 1v1 melee fights are boring in general, so you have to make it at least interesting enough to entice me into caring.

The point is that it's pretty fucking funny for someone who shields to avoid death in a melee 1v1 to then start crying when his opponent jumpspins, like that's some special higher category of perfidy.

Through a shield you can still do dmg... when you jump spin off radar immediatly into a bug run back to the LS wtf am I suppose to do? You lose.
