I'm still struggling with the last 20 or 30 lbs myself. I went from 275 down to 181, but put back on weight, went all the way back up to 225, and said fuck this, went back down to 200 and have held tight here for forever. What specifically are you doing? I'm trying to reach like...170ish.

Congratulations man!
I've had a few in my family who really took focus to losing weight and nothing could get in their way. Glad to see you share that same commitment and I hope you are at or get to your end goals =)
Even though I don't know you very much, you've got my respect for taking control of that part of your life!
I'm in the opposite position, 5'9 152 and I want to gain weight lol. I NEED TO WORK OUT MOAR! Someone make a Vlog of a workout routine for me, it must be really gay. ty
