hehe well I don't really write stuff so much as "channel" it... the aliens tell me what to write... without them telling me what to say I'm as blind as an albino cave squirl!

and on the subject of vndt closing they have been strangely silent... so I'm afraid I can't give any addresses on any holodecks hehe

I have no idea why they are silent but I have a couple hunches:

1) there is no true closing of VNDT... IGN will mirror all the boards that currently exist and all that is changing is the category name... and thus all this hubbub about closing is just rumors getting blown up

2) the aliens know that Redness and Asheron's combined expeditionary forces managed to track the olthoi queen's acid trail back to her summer lair... and that they are currently excavating a sekrit tunnel in... and the aliens feel confident that when Asheron eventually breaks into her lair and makes his third call for assistance sometime in the future that many Aubereans will heed it... so they see it as unnecessary to carry on about the current affairs when they can see an eventual reunion looming on the horizon

3) the earth is being destroyed to expand the intergalactic highway from a four lane into a six lane and the aliens would hate to tease us with ideas of survival

I actually don't put much stock in the 3rd hunch... the reality is likely one of the other two methinks
