Spec War/Melee D/Sneak Attack/Deception
Trained Life/Creature/Item/Mana C
100 end/focus/self
If I was 275 I'd probably also get leadership for the +10 hp. Melee D is great for PvM, and also useful in PvP since I'm almost always fighting odds, and a high melee d rend wand usually gets me a kill or two before I die. Real men (in a pixel world) don't need healing or shields.
edit: Just looked at the OP's template again. Why do you have spec shield on a mage? Do you pull aegis enough to need the full 25% reduction?

Pretty sure trained shield is only 50% effectiveness of AL. At least that's what I read on patch notes pre-patch.

It also reduces max aegis benefit by 80%. But is 250 AL really that much worse than 500? Again, do you really pull a shield enough to make it worth the credits? I can get ~170 AL with untrained shield.
