both are awesome weps...BUT
40 is the Top end Post patch (on pokers). Cleavers suck. (pokers have same variance now - thus better overall DPS)
so both are max Bd8 + 2 (max bd8+4 with Lum gems)
Im interested... gimme a few days (like 3 days) to look some things over

the ones I currently use were 35 top end cleavers pre-patch, they stayed 35 top (400s didnt convert), but have EBT, so equivalent to the new max + Bd8
the above 2 would only be a 2 pt upgrade... not sure if its even worth the salvage...
