Alb: Cleric
Mid: Shaman
Hib: Druid
Alb > Mid/Hib
Mid = Hib imo

Shaman > Cleric > Healer in that order for bots

Clerics Druids Shamans all get the same buffs except for 1 buff
Clerics get the Spec AF buff + Group Defensive Heal proc
Shamans Get the Endo buff ( Limited range )
Druids get haste buff

And since spec AF is the only one of those not available (in weaker form, granted) with a potion, looks like Clerics win as the best bot.

Each realm gets one spec buff class, that is the best buffbot in any given realm.
Wardens can make a good arguement for a best PvE bot if played right, but typically a druid would be better.
Spec buffs are so much more valuable than any of the other toys a buffer can bring that it doesn't really matter, and since I assume you're playing Ywain, comparing buffbots doesn't really help you. Although if we were comparing them, I'd take a druid in most cases where the bot is being actively used (for plain afk buffs, I'd go Cleric).
