You all really need to do something more than a 5 minute timer, maybe consider an hour at least, as we're having trouble with xrealmers still. Also do something about all these macro groups that are yet, still playing. I was doing ML10, here in the land of Midgard, and encountered a Mid Spy for the ML10 macro farmers. Screenshots to prove it.

realm timer wont stop that.. at all.
because even if the realm timer was 24hrs, or 48, or 96.... alt ctrl del, end task.. no timer at all..
or prevent people from having chars on multiple realms.. and they just have multiple accounts, or use IRC, AIM, YAHOO, MSNM, TXT, telephone, vent, TS... what ever they can still communicate between realms reguardless..
realm timer only stops people from swapping chars to effect the outcome of a fight in progress, it doesnt do anything at all for spies.

Agreed!
His Hib Macro group is easy to destroy.
Dont focus on their heros..

I don't think you see the real issue. Think outside the box. What would you do as a macrofag? Obviously it's okay with griefing other players. But if you don't macro it's clearly a violation. Odd the rules don't apply to everyone.

mythic has take'n polls, and the majority of the playerbase dont want realm timers..
so if everyone that said "no" stopped playing... the game would die because there would not be enough people to sustain the game.
