I don't pay much attention to ToA bonuses that are PvE only, but i'm pretty sure that would make for some very OP ToA items. Proly a good idea to make them for all PvE rather than just humanoids/undead etc., that's a good idea, but they shouldn't really do it for PvP as well..

Completely agree. They should turn off TOA for pvp. That would bring back enough players to double the pop.

Most of those players are gone, and never coming back.
