There is like 5 active guilds on Mordred, I'd suggest you look into joining one or even starting a guild with a few friends. My guild was made by helping new and returning players to Mordred. My guildies and I are still having fun.

Hot spot for Mordred is NF sadly... Scale farming is getting outta hand, 8 people just claimed 8 different keeps...

I have never played Mordred but can only imagine the over saturation of asshats on an open PvP server.
Ywain is bad enough in an RvR environment.
But you're right, the level of teen angst/epeen driven anger on a server like Mordred - I couldn't hack it.
