With this week's "Topic of the Week", the Vault would like to know "With the frontiers gaining some age the keeps have without a doubt have began to weather and show signs of battle. With each passing day the sun sets on the battlefield and you answer the call to action. The commanders from the front have set you a message by horseback indicating that you are to rebuild and restructure the lands in any way you feel would benefit the long battles ahead. So this week the Vault would like to know, What would you add or change to the frontiers? Perhaps bring back designs of old or something ore modern? How do you see what should be changed or has the lands faired well to your tastes? The future is in your hands master of all crafts and mystery. What would you build? "

Because we don't have enough "omg bring back OF and 1 million people will resubscribe" threads, Vault_News? Mythic isn't redesigning the frontier again. If you're bored of DAOC's RvR (and I most definitely am), your only hope is that a new game (Guild Wars 2? Rift?) will come along that captures some of the same magic in a different form.

[Edit] Oh, & add a new zone to link all 3 realms with access points where the 6 player keeps were with ONE central keep which has a 7th relic with both mellee & magic bonuses. If you really want it can be the Laby. That way there are more access points than can be blocked off & a central RvR zone which actually has some significance. Way to concentrate RvR action!

Also mythic can and has done a lot of different changes without any warning. Look at the redesign to some small structures they implemented with bridges and keeps and those forts they have sitting on pendragon. Never know unless we ask so thanks for your feedback.

If were talkin minimal,

1-Make boat rides twice as fast.

2-Add a master keep on argomon with very very high level npc guards with a 7th relic with melee and magic bonus's.(this relic can be moveable or not,mabye not).

3-Make DF so two realms can enter at all times.

4-Npc buffers are still badly needed in the bg's!!

5-Char copies from ywain to mordred is still badly needed!!

If were talkin huge changes,tmtt,but take out 70% of the water!!

I would really like to see the return of the original Leirvik. They first changed it and the new version wasn't too bad, but then they changed it again and basically killed what to me was the most fun BG. Bring back the original layout of Leirvik.

I'll take anything that splits up the zergs and promotes small(er) scale action spread across the whole frontier.
