Dunno Tarel until they post the notes and implement patch I dont believe em.
I could also say i'm donating 200 million to this company to get some developers....you wouldn't believe me tho until i did it.

Have you ever read this anywhere from Mythic?
Seems to me they are covering their butts for when it comes time to pull the plug.. 10 years is a long time!
the claus about termination of service has always been in the terms of service since the game first went live... i find it odd they they tagged in on the end of that article though...
Probably a little insurance for when these changes fail to bring back old subscribers and new ones. Been a good run but the game has been in a downward spire since a few years now. On to greener pastures...

I think Adam went out of his way to say that - in the big scheme of things - there is NO change. They are simply making inbetween RAs. So instead of needing 100% to get the next full RA you can get half an RA after 50% and the rest after you have gotten the other 50%.
I think they would have been better saying very little rather than try and make this out - initially - into some super overhaul patch change. |

Hey Andy,
Have you considered the possibility that this "improvement" in RA's is actually going to widen the gap between all of the RR11's running around and the lower RR's? If you allow very high realm rank toons to better customize their realm abilities, aren't you simply making them more powerful? Isn't the gulf between RR10 and RR5 going to widen considerably when you let the RR10 free up realm points for more abilities?

What's the point of being RR10 if a RR5's just as good as you?
The RA improvement was actually being put in place first of all for Lower ranks, who can get more with less. Just means someone with higher rank can decide if they want more Strength (maybe to hit a cap) instead of an additional 4% crit chance, etc.
