Not really a big issue but first glance you didn't put in your arcane siphon stats, assuming you have some. I'm gonna throw all that stuff in my Loki and see if I can increase the dmg and range bonuses for ya.

Ok found an item that you should look at:

For neck replace with Katorii's Pendant.

After this change you will have to change around some other jewelery. Not sure how attached you are to the AT either. Will comment more later.

Reason why I mentioned this particular item is because Elds have a ton of debuffs they use (depending on spec of course) and the 13% bonus might come in handy.

Those needs to be capped.
