With Patch 1.108 came a few new loading screens and it has to be said, these are a lot nicer to look at when loading up DAoC now.
I've 8 screenshots here for them, if I'm missing any please provide them. I've loaded DaoC a lot since the patch but think this is all of them!
I feel Midgard got a little left out here

Even almost a decade out, the game still looks amazing. I mean, I don't think I have found a game who's art has compared. It is fantasy but realistic. WAR was kind of close but they got lazy on a lot of classes (cough)high elves(cough cough)
DAoC bridges the gap well between fantasy and realistic 3d models set in a realistic but alternate universe. IDK...I just look at the screenies and it feels like a real world. Wow, rift, WAR, aion and all these other games always look like games. DAoC looks like a video game trying to be real. I like that

Not bad but i agree they could have varied the realms a little.
I also agree that daoc is actually often very pretty
