This is a load of bs. Not only do we got theurg rr5, zo, bodyguard, grapple, zephyr, and a bunch of other abilities we have to go up and beat, it is so dumb that we have to add this to the list. I can handle many circle strafers with a /face side stun but those are the people that just move a mouse around.
It is when they exploit the mechanic of using something like a trackball mouse or auto-turbo-turn type of program that no matter what you do, you cant get any melee dps on something that makes me want to see some kind of block put in place for this exploit. For example, in other games such as one where you would be manning a turret on an armored vehicle, there is a max limit to how fast you can turn. This should be put in place here, not too much at all to hamper normal turning, just to make it so you can't turn so fast that the game's client can't ever see the person you are trying to hit due to lag making them jump all over the place faster then even /face can keep up with.
It is a combination of lag as well as the exploit that if someone knows how to flawlessly pull it off which a few do regularly, light tanks are screwed. Like I said, it is counterable with a side stun or slam but a few are so good at the exploit that all you will get is "you can't see your target from here" for every single attack even if you /face them which is soooo, soooo bad.

The only way to attack those that exploit this with the measures I listed is to really back up on them while they do it but you only have enough room for 1 or 2 attacks if even as sometimes you still can't even hit them with the backup/face.
Limit full 360 turn speed to where you can't do it 5 times in a second because that is unrealistic and a MAJOR overlooked bug.
Something like 2 full 360 turns per second would be good enough without hurting normal maneuverability.

It's not even that hard to code something like this into the client...not hard at all, all you do is put a limiter in place that won't hurt normal movement.
It is like a nascar hiding a secret nuculear propulsion device and sending there car would the track at 4000 mph. GG
