Not true because then someone would have patented 2 factions lonnnggg ago

I believe they did copyright the term RvR/Realm vs Realm though. Don't quote me on that though.



They trademarked the term RvR.

They cannot patent this.

no GW2 has 1 faction... thats in a 3 way server war with other servers... but the same factions..

Faction X............Faction X............Faction X


There is no , blue vs red vs green (or) dark vs light (or) good vs evil


Not one side is different from the other.

plenty of ftp games have 3 factions. it's not patentable.
