Animist pets are STILL vastly Over powered. I know that a Defensive position is better then an offensive one how ever one animist with a druid and bard should NOT be able to stay off a group and a half of Mids.The pets should slowly decrease in power the more there are in an area. There is no reason a single stack of shrooms should be able to drop a fully buffed savage in a maxed template in molv in ONE TICK. Warlocks have been REPEATEDLY nerfed to near death. Yet Animist remain vastly over powered. Same could be said about heritics however that is not the subject of this msg. I would like to see any one Mid class that can single Handedly stay off a group and a half of hib/alb attackers. With 2 " bots" There is no longer a class capable of such a feat. Warlock could back 5 years ago with ALOT of work. There is a reason that Hib control's Molvik daily. You have to bring VAST numbers to defeat a single animist with 2 " bots".
Does anyone disagree with this ?
If so can you name a trio of Mids that can produce such a feat?
I can think of a possiable alb counterpart to this it is 2 necros feeding power to a single heritic fully buffed.

Have you never seen a Pac Healer/Warlock duo or Pac Healer/Supp SM?
They could probably hold a tower in molvik pretty easily if people were just mindlessly funneling in. I'll take AE Stun over shroom pets any day. Oh, and Insta AE Stun...and AE Mez, and insta AE Mez...and root...and Single Target Stun and Mez...and Insta Single Target Stun and Mez. How were you not able to take this tower?

Try fighting 3 BD's .BD pets go through tower and keep doors and kill who ever attacks the BD player.And the BD player while this is going on...hiding in a corner waiting for the kill notice so they can expose themselves to a hit and aggro their pets...again.It's an exploit thats been used for years
Anamists are defensive specialist.It's what they do

Today's Animist is not OP. You need to play smarter.
1) Shrooms are stationary and limited in number. Easiest solution-stay the hell out of the shrooms, they don't chase like theurg pets.
2) Shrooms can be mezzed. Better yet, disease and dot the shrooms. Shammy dots tear up shrooms fields quickly, than push, recasting shrooms takes time.

Seriously? Animist is arguably one of the most nerfed classes in the game.
Animists are only good in certain situations, in most situations though they are pretty useless.
