Nice to see I'm not the only one at least...
Tried logging in with my account name and was also told to register for an account. Er, ok, I go back and try to log in using my account's email and it says invalid username/password. Huh? Finally, try "forget password" where they send an email with an link to a page for setting a new password. I changed the password successfully, then tried to log in and I was back to square one.

Use your email you set up ur acct with and regular pw. It stil bugged though.. i logged in earlier with my master name and payed to resubscribe .. and worked for few hours and acct went down again and of course customer service was closed.

I figured it out. You can't login to your old master account names. You have to make a new EA account then link all the old master account names to it. As long as you know your account names and passwords it's no problem.
EA being not very user friendly never bothered to tell anyone this.

Tried this and it said my email address was already in use. Well, yeah it is by my other accounts. I had to use a fake email account, which is not optimal :\

Thanks for this workaround, was able to make an EA account and link my accounts i use to it.

How do you link the games? I updated my account info, searched the website, (they advert. that crappy dragon age 2 and warhammer, but no DAoC), and still cannot find how to link my old account. I even called bioware customer service. They couldn't find anything on the game, period. This is three days i've been trying to resub, and my kid is freaking out. LoL. she's jonzing for hib.

Okay!
After three days of waiting on the website to update I got hold of an EA rep. Turns out the website has a problem with Firefox, (my browser). I logged into Explorer and went to the Warhammer Online website while I had him on the phone. He said that they are still changing things around a bit putting everything together, but you can activate your account through Warhammer Online account management. It took me right to it. I'm good to go. Good luck.
