ok what if I tried that and it says "access forbidden... your IP address has been denied access" ? wtf is this? am I banned or something? tho I havnt done anything to get me banned.

I,ve called 3 times already and hung up after being on hold for over 30 mins each fricken time.. and email em and they say I have to call ..dam bullshit....

Mythic hid the 14 day re-up link and when I managed to find it it asks for my credit card. Way to go Mythic.

I spent 1 hour 49 minutes on hold-no answer before I ended my call. WTF man. What fkign company does this? I have never ever in my life waited almost 2 gd hours for a response. Mythic can suck it. They are a horrible company. They obviously don't give a rats ass about the paying customer. Been with this game through the worse times, even came back through its last money debacle...but this is it. I can't even load another card-says error. Who is running there accounts? My 8 year daughter could do a better job than these monkeys. And of course not one mention of it on the Herald. Horrible gd company. Hope they fail and close.

the ip address ban, is temporary, and happens when you fail to many times...

when there system sees multiple attemps at the wrong user, email, password... it thinks your a hacker and puts a temp ban on your ip address to prevent any more hacking attempts.

the account management website has always done this, i forgot wich password i used for daoc once a few years ago, and took me 3 days to figure it out because i kept getting temporarily banned.

Hmm ok well i guess I will have to try calling again because Sure I didnèt type a wrong password, man i hope i get a quik answer .

I had to enter my email address as my EA account name, and then ask for a password reset. It told me my old password, which was something I'd never used before, so I assume that it was an auto-created account.

After that, I could log into the EA account using my email and new password, and access all my linked Camelot accounts. It was really confusing that I already had an account, and needed to do a password reset, instead of having to register anew.
