Why dont they allow us to copy and paste from the chat log??
Wouldn't it be faster and easyier if we could copy and paste vent info from the chat log,
opposed to writing it down and makin mistakes??
Im gettin rdy to reup when this patch goes live,
copy and paste from chat log and
putting npc buffers in POC and
in pve area's are also needed imo...

What the hell does macro's have to do with GETTING several different vent info's a day??
Yes when ur the owner of the vent info,u can macro it to anyone new in the grp,
but what about the 100 people that JOIN the vent??
Don't u hate given out ur vent info and waiting 5 min for someone to write it down,get in vent and 3 people quit the grp cause its takin too long and by the time you actually get a full grp rdy to go,its usually to late??

is your short term memory really that short?
takes min 2 tab ins and outs to get a full vent >.> even if its the the ip adresss ones...
and if its THAT big of a problem for you, i hear before there were computers, they had these thin fllmzy things called paper, and with a pen, or pencil, you can mark certain things on them, like letter or numbers.

Ventrilo is the one which needs fixing.
TS3 added a feature where you can use a hostname which translates into an IP and port, so instead of randomguild.ts3host.example.org 15381 you could just use the hostname. That way guilds could choose a more memorable hostname and ignore the port instead of having to remember even more information.

Idk,I can think of many many reasons where copy and paste would help,not just vent.
I'm gonna re up soon and joining a new guild and I like to be a lil funny,copying and pasting sum funny sheet when nuttin is goin on and I'm just bs'in and gettin to know new peeps in my guild,cause not many people are gonna alt/tab to go look at sumtin funny.
Or just helpin a guildie find something on the web and instead of telling someone to goto to this website,hit this,then hit that,then hit this,then hit that,when I could just copy and paste the game info they need or a spec would be 100 times easyier etc etc etc,I'm personally sick of writting sheet down and typing it.
There's many many reasons copy and paste can be very useful.
Just my opinion...
