It is possible to fix a class or an ability without destroying it. Too bad Mythic doesn't know it.

The class isn't destroyed any more than it already was. The spell they have changed is in a line that is rarely used in rvr (41/34 being common for most bain). The AE bolt was used by bainshee zerg farm groups, which are few and far between, though given the players that are playing them; a loss of 800 range isn't going to change their ability to farm the same zergs. The problem with the bolt was not the range, or even the damage it does. Mythic can't make stupid players smart, 6-9 of any class' AE spell will kill people stacked in a 300 raduis

Bainshee will continue to be the same shitty caster it was before. The zerg farm groups will continue to farm the zerg as they did before.

..If anything it was probably a good change, it will stop every other hib group rolling a bainshee bomb group after seeing the Wailing Wenches video

^^ Not a clue. Seriously...wtf is wrong with people. So the problem here from what I'm hearing is that multiple Bains in a single group can kill alot of people. Really? Mythic needs to stop making knee jerk reactions and over nerfing classes and stop buffing classes that don't need the buffing. The Hib nerf bat has been out long enough.

And ES was not an under utilized spec, the NS is the best in the game and good AE damage. The bolts by themselves aren't going to kill anyone unless 5 Bains all bolt at same time. The damage has fall off like all Bain ae spells. Getting tired of this crap.

Now Mythic, get off your asses, fix the Enchanter RR5 and do something for the damn class ffs.

I was fairly happy with the patch actually. Npc buffers in the battlegrounds are good (not that I even play in the BG's, and i have 2 accounts), and

The interesting thing about the Molvik BG buffs is that they're buffbot grade +10% buff bonus. A barebones level 39 druid speccing 39 nurture will have worse buffs than the buff guy.

Haven't bothered to check thid, but since pots hit the buff cap in thid, not sure it really matters there, except for price.

That would be my fault. It looked like it was going to work with pets but it turns out that some additional programming support will need to be done for it to work properly. It's unfortunate, but *hopefully* that support will be done in time for the 1.110 version, although I cannot make any promises.

Thank you all for your patience!

no.. no... not STACKING ahhhhhhh!

One day when we're all old and gray I'd love to know what it was like wrestling with the DAoC codebase.

Run speed conflicts and buff overwriting must be worthy of a thousand bottles of ibuprofen.
