Any chance you could revist the charges on the clandestine ring?
The end drain really isn't going to be used given that posions, weapon procs and ML10 leggings all do the job much much much better for an assassin.
The two base buffs are lower delve than NPC buffs, so are unlikely to be used at all.
1 subpar charge is acceptable I guess, but two is just a waste

you are right only some classes should get better items and others classes shouldnt get any, that makes sense
