i'd like to know if the quest giving the "demonslayer medal of honour" is still available or has another name?
Or there is another similar item which give nine-res-5%?

the medal of honor's are seasonal items. AFAIK the quest is not available atm.

I just recently started from scratch myself~
Only have a 50 r2 Minst, but just started playing again last week. Almost an LGM SC'r so that I can start making $$ for my lvl 50 template.

i've been pissing around on the kids accounts i made them in april or may?.... but theres no crafters... only 2 lvl 50's neither of them templated... and both around rr2
i've made abit of plat tho... omg does it hurt to watch them play 
i tried to re-up daltons account... but i keep getting a error on the master account page... i guess i shouldn't have linked them... i was really hoping to get my accounts back in time for the halloween quests... but that ain't happening at all... somehow natebruner got a hold of them...

Hmm, I think the closest one you can get is dragonfang necklace of the dracolich. There was another one too but can't remember its name atm.
