Ohhhh SNAP!!!
A new defensive proc spell has been added to the Augmentation Specialization Line:
Level 9 - Amelioration of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 15 - 9 power
Level 17 - Purification of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 32 - 11 power
Level 25 - Recovery of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 49 - 15 power
Level 33 - Reparation of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 66 - 19 power
Level 41 - Reconstruction of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 83 - 24 power
Level 49 - Emendation of Eir - Group - 3.0s cast / 20 minute duration - 1500 range - 25% Chance to Proc, Heals for 100 - 32 power
The only issue I have is that if it's a proc and not a reactive It probably won't go off that often when I'm soloing high wep skill players.

Yes, when you get hit there is a 25% chance it will proc. It is the same type of buff that Friars have, and now Mythic has decided to give it to Healers and Bards. Intentionally or not, this buff will now be available from the "secondary" buffbot class in each realm, and because of the long duration (20-25 minutes) it will be used A LOT, so it is by no means unique to the Healer class.

this will make traitors dagger proc even worse. Also I can see this helping with grey-con thurg pets.

yeah i never really realized it but it does seem a little suspicious to give out this proc at the same time as improving buffs and buff potions. On the other hand, Alb already had it, so if some people in Alb traded out their Cleric buffbot for a Friar buffbot to get +140 buffs and a very nice heal proc, then people in Hib and Mid should be able to do it too.
