I agree with allowing sex and race changes. Nothing wrong with that.


I disagree with allowing name changes though. Long ago Sanya posted about requested name changes (paraphrased) that name changes would not be allowed because if a player has a bad rep (for ripping off players, for being rude, for <insert bad behavior> that rep should stick with the character/player.


While Mythic did accidentally offer name changes with the implementation of Ywain, I agree with a policy that, in general, name changes should not be offered.

That's a very vague "defence" imo. The majoirty would want this for entirely different reasons, and I think you know this.

Besides, who cares about reputation these days, too many idiots around to keep a straight face anyways.
