What is the breakdown nowadays? trying to get some old school peeps to start playing again and we would prefer to not play on the most populated side. Thanks.

There's only Ywain. Ywain1-10 are on the same cluster, only housing zones are different. Btw don't reroll or transfer to Ywain1 (shortage of housing lots).

If you want less population you can go to Mordred and play with like 10 people.

the OP is asking about Realm populations, not server.

The population has a large pool of people who flutter between the realms based on relics/mood. I don't know if any realm is underpopulated as such. Hibernia's "population" can seem underpop but that's due to a nearly crippling disorganization. Other than that it seems that Realm population has drifters along with stable cores that make for generally equal pop, if that makes sense

Hib seems to be the lowest population lately.

This is pretty much how it goes: Hibs get bored, we go take a port in Alb. They don't care, they let us do it. Port opens, Hibs flock to Alb, 5 minutes later Alb zerg takes back a tower without resistance, then they go and farm everybody else in the keep we just took. We try to take back port but they don't us. Then Mid gets bored and goes to take Crim, Hibs can't do anything about it, Albs take Bolg. Mids and Albs farm hibs all night, then they log, a few groups of Hibs stay up making a few RPs claiming back all their towers.

I don't remember the last time Hib had more than 1 relic.

Anyways its not just that they are that underpopulated, but also the lack of people willing to run a BG.

However, this is only the zerg warfare and really doesn't matter that much. I get extremely bored running in these zergs, and yes its possible to avoid them and find 8 man fights, though you'll get run over by zergs and mini zergs once in a while. Props to those RR12 groups in Mid that refuse to run around with just 8, and roll over 8 mans with 16. They even have the second group trail behind by about 20 seconds so it looks as if we're just gonna hit by 1 group, and then instantly get ass jammed by another group of RR10+.

haven't played in at least a week, not much in the last two weeks.

But other than that, every time I checked within the last 2 months or so, Hibs had zero or 1 relic.

Hib had no relics for the longest time

Eventually mids/albs realm hop due to boredom I guess and hibs eventually get them back~

Population shifts with relics, hib generally has the lowest pop though. But even then, depends who has ports

Ywain is both the US and the EU server as well so - in theory - you may be able to find action at odd rimes. In theory .....
