Perida's might or whatever the cloak is called, do your epics up to lvl 20 (magic or melee dmg%, cast speed, melee speed, etc), go shopping on the CM for ROG jewelry, then SC the rest. Should take about an hour or so (not including getting the epics done).

do what the other said, go to housing and look for jewelry that has nice bonuses and works for level 24 toons.
when you got that put the rest of stats you need on the SC armor.

guys! just help this poor guy because he asked nicely!
He just wants to 0wN the n00bz out of thid and for this he needs his max rank possible in thid asap!
Good gear is just not enough for camping the levelers!
(If you read there some sarcasm, well, it's there because i will never understand "maxing and pimping" up in those low BGs to farm and "roxxorizig" the mostly normal people who are leveling in crapgear there. Need to compensate something? )
Try Aurulite gear and craft some pieces with resists, on those level its really not that hard.

The level 40 aurulite jewelry, one or two items for ToA bonuses and crafted armor will cap/overcap everything in thid. A thid template is literally the easiest template to make ever.
So basically, do what PasswordLLOTH said.

He's right, though. A solo kill in Molvik will get you 10 times more RPs than a solo kill in Thidranki.

Use Dorawms, Aurulite armor, and peridas might, sc the rest.
