ive been crashing alot lately, mostly when i select character and game is loading that toon, it will lock up after load bar is complete and just hang there. im using valmerwolf ui, havent tried in game ui yet, maybe i will give it a go and see. been doing this for about a month, but got alot worse recently.

just crashed for the first time tonight (+ 1 linkdead), not fun, not gonna join groups like this. So I thought ok I'll just solo on my Ment. I was in Midland near whatever keeps the Albs have, I see a 3 man. I'm like I better run, then one little squishy inconnu sits behind a tree while his friends keep going, i get within 1500 range and my game crashes that is great. I think I was gaurunteed 1 kill, they had no idea I was there and i'd likely drop the inconnu before they knew what hit em, with even a chance of taking out a 3 man (not likely). Pretty lame : /

Anyways its not necessarily a game issue, it could be more related to my pc, but the crashses just get worse and worse, especially with the new patch.

I'm also thrilled I decided to use my bots buffs, now i'm in the middle of alb land with no buffs. Well I guess I have +125 from a potion but that should really be +140, not sure why they don't do that.

No issues with crashing here until I loaded up ghost. This makes me sad since I used ghost for years. I guess I'll wait and see what the issues are and maybe they will get worked out. Loaded Bob's UI for the time and have had zero issues so far. I still want to go back to ghost though so I'm hoping something is changed server side or with ghost UI so that I can use it again.

Try deleting the custom ui folder and installing it again from scratch.

It worked for players running Valmerwolf's UI.

Currently testing out Bob's UI, but it doesn't even have a realm point bar from what I see....(Crashed twice already...looks like you can't use anything but the default UI, at least on my computer...)


Yes, I've already re-installed / re-done custom folder like 10 times mostly with Ghost UI / Gor's Ghost UI / adding / deleting files....I will quit this game before I play with the new icons...I wouldn't mind the regular UI THAT much if I could get old icons to work which I can't...I probably could, but I don't want to mess up files figuring it out and have to re-install the game.


All I can say is you've screwed ALOT of people and not only have you added MINOR things, but you've probably lost a good deal of people with the amount of shit you've broken including UI's...

I have had issues with black textures for a year or more on a NVIDIA 9800 GTX+ card. This is the only game I have issues with graphically. I have crashed to desktop 4 times since the patch. I could not get into DAOC after the patch until I uploaded the Derida fix for that UI. I will not play the Mythic default UI because I do not like using the new icons. they all look exactly the same and were designed without much thought going into them. We have artistic pictures on an icon when all you really need is a quick reference to hit the right key. Either color, border, or something simple. All those elaborate colors don't do you any good.

I've used the actual 1.110 custom UI since the starting on Pendragon, weeks ago.
And I used the same UI (1.110 full options) on 1.109 servers with no problems.
I think something has happened on live servers, but what it's I really don't know.
In any case I see players with different custom UIs or Atlantis skin too having the same problems, not so frequent with this last one but the crashes exist.

I don't think it's an UI problem.
Today I've seen the arrows of a palintone in "slow motion mode".
But so many changes in game can introduce some inconvenients. Be patient.

I have seen the pallitone slow motion thing too both times I used one yesterday. I also cannot see the player made pallitone ammunition I put into the pallitone.

I do not know if it is a UI issue, although each time I lost connection I was around a large group of people after a death or just before heading out into combat while around a lot of people. Three crashes at FS and one at Beno CK while still inside.

Thank god im only on the 2 week trial,if I cant use a custom ui,im out,going to cancel now,I tryed to give them a chance...
