Yeah, they are... way too big.

Plz give us back the old small ones as an option.

Or even better an additional third option in which you only see the timer for reuse if you hover with your mouse over the icon.


Additonally plz remove the "fading" message and just show the remaining time on ress sick/ cc/ etc. in exact seconds.

I second this (though I prefer the new tooltips, I definitely see the appeal of the old ones), and I'd also like to see a hybrid setting where at first you see a small tooltip like the old tooltips and eventually it expands to the newer tooltip if you continue to hover. It seems like it might be more work than it's worth, but there's the idea anyway.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of the new tooltips to be honest, though they are nice there should be an option to essentially revert to what it used to be. And if you just shut them off entirely then you can't even see the time left before reuse on your realm abilities... this is a pretty big deal. Not to mention if you keep them on it becomes very hard to see the useful information cluttered in with all that useless stuff, reminding you that your DD does 209 damage and is heat based and takes 2.8 seconds to cast and has a certain name, and it even tells you what a specline 209 2.8s DD actually does to a target, and to which target. This is great for new people but I don't think I need to be reminded of this everytime I hover over the quickbar. And setting a tooptip delay doesn't help, because again you need to be able to check the re-cast timers on many important spells.

There should be an option in the Tooltip-Settings, e.g. "only Timers" or something like that.

The tooltips is supposed to be a summary, not an essay. If you wanted detailed information, just put that info on the page when you right click and view the icon (as it was prior and still is now).

The tooltips are not tips, they are a damn novel.

Change it to timers only. That was a good suggestion. The logic that somebody needs to read this page of material each time they click a button is crazy. The timer is all they need. If they want to learn about it, delve it as before with a right click.
