You will still be second to botted players.
Buffs aren't as good and you end up paying for the buffs you use which are over 30g a shot for a full buff loadout.
A single night of rvr can run a few hundred gold.
If you do decently, and turn in quests, buzz by the towers every once in a while, then it really doesnt cost very much to rvr in bgs, i may lose 100g per day, and i do a lot in the bgs. You can run through a td and make a hundred gold in 10-20 mins, depending on class.
As for the buffs, im pretty sure you only lose 5 to every stat in molvik, 117, and i think cap is 122. Those could be off. However, if they are correct, dont blame the buffs for bad play. You also lose regen buffs. Oh well.
Youre perfectly competitive without a buff bot these days, at least in the bgs you are.
Edit: in 2 weeks I leveled a reaver to 39, and got him to 2l9 in molv solo, with a good, but not op temp. You can be competitive in the bgs. GL out there!
