A plea for Leirvik

As a Mid stealther its INCREDIBLY frustrating to hunt in Leirvik. For that matter ANYONE with out range in Mid has this problem. Both Alb and Hib ,especially hib, have an advantage over mids. They are both able to exp from either inside guard range Or just out of guard range. Mids have to come well out of range. I dont really care about the XP points its frustrating when i cant kill anyone cuz they are camped in a protected area. Could you PLEASE bump their mobs out of guard range? its a PvP zone if they are going to xp here there SHOULD BE DANGER OF DEATH TO PVP. There is in EVERY other BG.

As someone who plays hibs in leirvik I entirely agree, it's a stupid advantage and needs fixing. Hibernia gets to farm the mobs off the walls with an exploit as well, some people being very greedy and monopolising the mobs at times. I say put them in rvr range, solve both problems.

Problem is on mid side its filled with nightshades/sorcs/necros/scouts/infs farming their 3l9
on alb side same thing but they have a bit shorter run to their guards.
however on hib side they simply have to jump over there wall. If a ganker even goes in to take a look ,splat! Its kinda easy mode and not fair to the other 2 realms.

yeah I like the xp quests but I get quite sick of it after being farmed for RPs.
There was one time in particular that I enjoyed a lot. We had a full group going in Killaloe, we did our rounds, collecting all 3 XP quests, then headed over to Alb where they have approximately the same numbers and put up a good fight. We all did our XP in relatively peaceful conditions, and then whoever won the group vs. group fight got to turn in an extra quest at the end of it all. Usually its not so easy and fun. I wouldn't mind some more tower and/or keep capture quests, that help you level through RvR, rather than level through PvE while being farmed in RvR. Then again I don't really care its easy enough to hit 50.

Leirvik is a joke as a Hib. I dont even leave the keep usually have 2 anis drop all their shrooms then a ranger pulls the whole camp while a druid heals. I didnt find it that bad as Mid as Mids almost always group up so its easy to end up in a FG most of the time. I did 40-45 pretty fast on my shield Valk being a block bot with the whole camp pulled and 2 other spear valks spamming Roundhouse while we healed each other. Wasnt as faceroll as hib but worked just as well and was a lot of fun.

Its = in thid there is a small camp of badgers on the right of the mid keep and one on the left of alb keep for ez mode leveling. The hibs have there camp directly in front and can make it back to pk pretty fast providing they see the minstrels or skalds coming to gank them first.

The guards are just compensating for the lack of a challange you get when xp ganking.
