buddy of mine and i just started playing again and we lvled though the bgs and bought ML 1-10 when we hit 45, I forgot cathal valley had a ML5 cap...

mid i have done mod grps and poc grp long time ago to lvl i sent a appeal and GMs would not roll back or take to ML off we both wanted to hit rank4L9 in cathal kinda blows

Fastest way is probably running elementals until 47 then doing stolen supplies.

A repeatable quest, called Melting the Ice, that becomes available at level 40. It sends you to kill 10 fire elemental thingies and gives you 2 bubs and a couple hundred gold. I think it starts in Vasudheim.

A little later on you can do the Dragons Revenge series of quests too, starts somewhere in Jordheim iirc, just google it

Take a look at Vinsdsaul, Druim Cain and Snowdonia Fortress when you're that high.
I have a sneaking suspicion there might be a quest guy there!
