Not sure if it's just my imagination but seems like I have to be much closer to any NPC to interact... been seeing a lot of "XXXXXX is to far away". Merchants, CMs, quest NPCs, etc.

Ranger RR5 range seems to have been decreased to 150...

Also the speed element drops off


Also the new ranger buff is showing as a 7minute RuT rather than the correct 3 minutes

Heretic AOE Snare and single target Snare will only pulse once and stop.
I noticed this after the hotfix, So I guess tics got nerfed?

Also nearsite on the wizards are firing off twice which is kind of strange

Heretic AOE snare and single target snare both did not work last night.
How can the developers break something that wasn't broken?

I don't know if these are patch issues, but...

- Bard is unable to exchange champion weapon in throne room.
- Bard self end reg buff does nothing after zoning.
