I'd use them on pretty much any class but casters.

using em on melee aint too bad.
you really do notice it though when you're missing break points on casters.

Do note that the people responding didn't say that they DID use the buff-guy.
Just that they would, if they had to. Fortunately, they don't have to....

I used them on my r5 Celt NS and didn't notice much if any drop off.
