Kai gives us word on The Herald some hot fixes applied to the game today, March 05th:

Wouldn't it be better if you could set these locations (and locations of everything else) however you want them? Mojo lets you do that.

You'd be amazed what would be better in this game
addressing more important issues than the location of a Qbar for a start

The dichotomy of updating quickbars for new characters while also updating the terms in which the servers can be systematically shut down is hilarious.

However given they feel adjusting a Qbar layout to be important enough to hot fix who knows what they'll do next 
I honestly don't know what they are thinking.
You have to wonder if they have a list of game changes/fixes listed in priority... then someone started reading the list backwards?
