Quick resists test on Pendragon with Dem Vamp

|
Primary magical resists decrease CC-duration - these primary resists come from racial resist, item-bonus and casted buffs (incl. CL-resists) - so max. primary magical resistance is 55% (5%+26%+24%).
All other is secondary magical resists (e.g. item-use, AoM, vampire dem-buff) and reduces only magical damage.

It also seems that second line resists bug-out and do modify cc IF prinary resists are Zero. Just popping CL resists, which is primary, stops it from doing so.

Ya thats what it looks like. Just by this line you can see 2nd tier affecting CC duration...
"0 body+Dem+AoM9 =.24"
Edit: Unless this is working as intended? I read the melee board post and it was mentioned that with no tier 1 resists, tier 2 resists become tier 1 therefore decreasing CC duration.
Plus, who would have 0 tier 1 resists? Pretty much nobody. So I guess this works out.

Actually, max primary is 5+26+26. You just need a verdant animist around (shroom buff stacks with timered buff)
