Replace the options_window.xml in your custom folder with the one from the patched Atlantis folder and the crashing should stop. You will still have stuff missing or changed if the UI has not been updated to the new patch version changes.

I will try it....But i think Eggis UI updates always come out late. I hate all other UI's and had to use Mythics UI till i get the latest Eggis UI.

Tried Copy .../Dark Age of Camelot/ui/atlantis/options_window.xml into ...Dark Age of Camelot/ui/custom/options_window.xml
Worked great!
Now I can use my favorite UI and Eggi can take her time making the new version rock w/o us having to DL an inferior temporary as a gap fill.

Issues to be solved by Eggi
1- The -1 -1 -1 -1
2- The floating target : Doesnt actually target the names I.E. Celt, Luri etc..it only shows yellow, Also i cannot change the font and window darkness
3- The fonts in chats boxes are foggy
Hope Eggi can solve all these and make us happy

worked for me, couldnt stand any of the other UI i tried out.

I am glad someone posted a way to keep the ui from crashing. I am working with sohwyn on trying to clean up the ui so it does not use up as much memory that is causing the crash. Sohwyn explained to me that daoc has a memory leak that has not been fixed so when a ui is using a lot of memory and the cap for the memory leak is 2 gigs that will cause the out of memory issue and the crashes, so now I am having to go through textures and get rid of the items not used in the textures. I need some time to do that but with him helping with the window coding I hope it won't take as long as when I was doing it myself.
