I can be played by some extra person cause I'm a pally. But then again I do have the special skills of being able to craft all parts for Catapults and rams.... maybe I can be MacGuyver(sp?)

I think Jason Alexander (George Costanza from Seinfeld) would be a good pick for Dengar. Even better Cartman from South Park!
Lee Marvin for Lensar was a good pick.
Gilda Radna as Songbird!
Bo Derek as Llana (since everyone wants her may as well make her a 10).
Hugh Hefner as Airgallis (see Llana).
I think Demi Moore for Raina would be suitable.
Oh I was played by Patricia Velasquez and the fight scene with her with 2 blades was great depiction of what a blademaster should be like.
Carol has to be done by Curly Howard, if you've ever done auto follow on Carol and/or saw Curly drop on the ground and spin in a circle yelling "Moe, Larry cheese!" you'd understand. That or Cheryl Ladd.
Ben Affleck as Sloane
Harrison Ford as Slaight
Bill Paxton (Private Hudson from Aliens) as Kynt.

Skeggjold, why do you want to quit? Sigourney Weaver *rocks*!!! She is a complete badass and sexy to boot!

Although I'm with you on folks picking actors you may not like -- Margot Kidder? Ack, but she was completely dense -- I mean, how many movies did it take for her to realize Clark wasn't the doofus she thought him to be? Although she was an insightful reporter (unless of course you count the whole not knowing about Clark thing), which is good...plus she had stylish underpants...
Hehe, yet I have to say I find her (and her character of Lois Lane) rather, um, annoying in a grating kind of way hmm...
<begins rethinking past silliness in Emain, and wonders if is annoying...decides it doesn't matter and will continue to be silly> 
Afterall, it's all in good fun 
Edit: Apparently I am afterall a big doofus, much like Margot Kidder, in that I spelled it "inciteful" rather than "insightful" the first go-'round.
