Well, I don't have a 50 Theurgist (she's sitting at 41 and unplayed), but they do need some serious help. They have the least spells of ANY caster in the entire game, and their "class-defining" spells (the temp-pets) are woefully inadequate ('chain-stunning' air pets aside, which still don't chain-stun very well).
Anyone who says they've been "totally owned" by an air-theurge is an idjit, who let a caster stand within range of them for 20+ seconds without being interrupted. Heck, a nuker could have killed you in half that time.
Anyway. I'm not sure exactly what would make Theurges better and more fun to play. Definitely making improvements to their pets; maybe make them last longer, giving them the ability to summon a 'permanent' pet of one of the types, give them a couple more spells in the earth and ice lines (which are incredibly sparse as they stand right now).
I mean sheesh, I don't play my Theurge anymore because ever since I got PBT all I do in a group is turn it on and sit there. I can't nuke, because I'm primarily earth spec'd, and if I nuke too much, my power drops below half, and my PBT starts draining power faster than it can come back. And Sorcerers are too few and far between to always have one around for the power regen. Same with Minstrels.
Ugh. The class is boring as heck. At least Wardens can heal, or hell, fight if they wanna while chanting PBT.
Oh well. Fix us! (And please, Mythic, not in your usual 'trip to the vet' type of 'fix!'
