Were're not saying theurgist needs to be balanced against any other specific class. We're saying that theurgists are gimped and barely playable, and we want that to change. Normalize mez range and fix resists across the board (for everyone) and air becomes a decent spell line. Eath and ice though will take a whole lot more.

With wizards having gotten a good RA recently, I think theurgists may be the biggest RP cow in the game now. It's still close between them and wizards go. If you choose Albion, do yourself a favor and avoid Elementalists I tell you that.

The Earth line needs some major fun factor. There is only so much buffing and bubbling a player can do without falling asleep.
