The only Earth Theurg's I know are PBT bots, nothing else.
That right there should tell you something.

Some people never stop whining.
Earth thuerg could use some love is about it. Possibly trim the power cost of making pets to be lower %. I dont know but The thuergs I seen rarely have trouble cranking out about a dozen pets when needed even though I know the spell supposedly shouldnt allow you to get much more than what 8 because power cost is % based. Possibly increase the duration of the pets a little bit or possible allow the caster to have a mild amount of control over hte pets so they could just change targets for pets whos target dies as opposed to them just standing there till the timer expires.
Thuergs are a very solid casting class and even have great untily spells for melees, the common ice/air combo is an excellent combo powerful at that.
Any other isues within thuergs are more than likely "casters in general" issues.
*** I have always been in favor of a change that made the thuerg pets spawn AT THE TARGET not at the caster and needing to run to the target *** this might be overpowering with the way thuerg pets currently perform however.
OR maybe just make them like "bomber" pets where the pet is a one time DD that just has a graphic of the pet charging out to its target and when it hits it dissapates and inflicts a set DD amount.
Right now thuerg pets are like crappy dots, in alot of ways, neat concept however just not sure it was implmented quite right to be useful but not overpowered in rvr, where smart people unlike dumb mobs just avoid the pets.
