How can Julyan always start threads that make it to like page 8?

Both Andred and Mordred were fun for a month or 2 but there was no objective. Noone was ever worth RPs(which is fairly annoying seeing as this was the objective), relics changed hands everyday(because there was no population to defend them except your guildmates) there was 0 population even in its hayday(hell even hib lance has more pvp action than Andred did after tons of people got rolled) Everyone on all sides of the Andred fighting declared the server stupid and ruleset retarded along with other things that dont work on a pvp server and everyone quit(ie why andred got rolled in mordred).


The reason Mordred didnt go into extinction like Andred is because that is were 80% of the goobers went that got griefed off of Andred by Combine/CoE and TC/DDH(so there was an extra cushion of people). A good 300-400 people promptly left those 2 "joke" PvP servers to try out Shadowbane and upon seeing it was an even bigger joke after rolling 2000 people OFF of the Scorn server, promptly returned to DAoC for RvR so at least we had someone to PK.


If you think leveling on Mordred is any harder than leveling on a regular server then maybe you should get out and explore. I went from 1-50 on both Andred(healer, thane) and Mordred(cabalist) with little interruption exping in the frontier and out of the way god forsaken places like bog and this was before SI came out which I imagine can only make the PvP servers more carebearish because the world is so gigantic you can hide all over. Though I dont know exactly how they handle it I'm sure they didnt cut access of to SI to all 3 realms. I can imagine it will only get worse when ToA comes out because there's an even LARGER void of empty space to go running around looking for people to kill. Im sure it's fun for people who use radar or daox like some Mid/Merlin guilds use to *cough*, but for regular people who just wanna PK at least on regular servers you KNOW where the action will be.


So save the Mordred is hardcore for someone who didnt experience the boredom firsthand. Hell I even have an LGM armorcrafter and I sat in bledmeer all day crafting to get it thats how much action I saw :/

Crispy there is always action at Pkb and Gothawaite castle- you know the /lvl 20's killing the pple who are naked and at 15% life because They just /lvld to 20 and trained?

Roflmao, actually I never thought of that do they allow /level on Mordred? And yeah thats how Andred pretty much was..camp the portals(if 2 stealthers already werent) or run around endlessly between tnn, cm looking for lowbies to kill because all the high level people were off hiding in the middle of nowhere bog or swamp or etc..GOGO BIND CAMPING DIE GREY DIE!

yeah crispy if you roll a guy and plan to /lvl 20 you Have to do it in Camelot, otherwise you will be ganked before you can train.

the /leveling animation is like a Gank-Me homing beacon.
