I played one of my favorite courses on the island today, the Kaneohe Clipper at MCBH (Marine Corps Base Hawaii).


I parred two very tough holes then shot a 9 on a par 4 blowing my score for the day (2 ob's on that hole my only lost balls of the day, damm environmental dune areas!).


I did par this hole right before that though, my favorite on the whole course, a long par 4 with a very serious cross wind off the ocean, you can see the sandtrap way in the background near the green.

That is a good one I will remember it.


I'm a pretty consistent duffer, long drives good putting, but lousy around the greens.


9 out of 10 times I am within 3 srokes of a 22 handicap.
