But anyways, like I've said quite a few times, I'm not here to smear names, my goal was to simply get someone to come forward in some way, and to also get some sort of response period from Free Rps members, but nothing has come from it. So, I'm basically going to let it go, and let those who did it continue to live their obviously pathetic lives.
Getting IP logs and comparing them to posters wasn't a problem, really.

CSRs won't give IPs. They won't give anything more than char names.

That'd be true if I hadn't spoke to anyone besides CSRs.
Like I said, I'm letting it go. Finding out was enough for me, I'm just chalking it up to lesson learned right now.
