Holy cow! Great read!
My boyfriend is also from Ottawa, and exactly the same age as you, hehe. I agree the weather stinks (except in the summertime), but it is beautiful. And oddly, my Dad had almost the same cancer as you (his was non-hodgkins lymphoma). I'm glad to see you came through it okay. And I've been to Woody's! I will look for you if I'm ever there again! But I'm mostly a North Shore gal. |

Oh where do you live on the North Shore Mepha? I lived around Seymour Heights when little then I moved down to that condo development on Dollartown Highway.
Woody's is a great bar, quite nice since they reno'ed it a few years back. Tons of friendly people. Lots of bikers as there's an Angels chapter house a block and a half down the road -- bikers are all nice guys too.
