Don't mean to soundlike an attack, but how did they let you in that running start program with a sub-2.00 gpa? Here [GA] you need a 3.0 and 1100 on the SATs. I'm glad they did let you in, though, seems like it helped you get focused on your school.

running start starts pre-sat in alot of places, its mostly about being able to place in the colleges tests high enough to join

LOL... oh well.


SLAgent is right. Basically, you just have to place in either English 100 or 101 in order to take the classes. I got a 33/35 on the English test. One of the answers was highly subjective, so I hold that I should have had 34, which would have let me write an essay for possible admission into English 102 instead of 101.


But, yeah, it did help... a lot. I can't even imagine how horribly things would have turned out if I'd stayed in high school the last two years. I get the feeling I probably would have been held back. And, I CERTAINLY wouldn't be getting into a university any time soon
